Sharon Duke grew up in Charlottesville, attended Mary Washington and James Madison University, married Butch Duke and had two children. She and her family moved to the Green Springs area of Louisa in 1999. At that time she decided to change her career from landscaping to Real Estate. With a husband who is a Contractor, Sharon is well suited for this profession. She knows the ins and outs of permitting and drain field issues. She has added experience in new and remodeled construction. She enjoys a challenge and will patiently walk you through the maze of buying or selling land and new or previously owned homes.
Sharon loves working for William A Cooke, LLC because she knows that she is giving back to her community at the same time as helping her individual clients.
