Lewis Tingler grew up in Caroline County, attended Longwood University, married Jacqueline Franciulli in 2013 and had two children. Since then, they have moved closer to family in Louisa County and he now works for his father, Randall Tingler, at William A. Cooke LLC, as a licensed real estate salesperson and as a trainee Appraiser. Lewis says, while he has held his licenses for several years now, he still benefits from the experience of his team. “Louisa is its own unique market, influenced by Charlottesville, Richmond and Northern Virginia. Few teams have the breadth of experience that ours does, between my father, Page and Sharon, we boast decades spent in the Louisa market.”
